Allan Fruchting, Geologist, graduated in 2003 from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) with, Postgraduate Master in 2016 from the Institute of Geosciences of the University of Brasília (IG-UNB) in Mineral Exploration, focusing on Exploratory Geophysics. He has 19 years of experience in exploratory geophysics, four years in consulting companies, and 15 years at Votorantim Metais, currently Nexa Resources (TSX-NY), working in mineral exploration. For the past five years, he has been Global Exploration Geoscience Manager. During this time, he contributed to exploration strategies and participated effectively in the discovery of new mineral deposits. As a Geosciences Manager, the continuous search for new technologies applied to mineral exploration stands out, managing essential developments such as a 2D-3D Machine Learning platform in a cloud environment, web scrapping and big data projects, deep geophysical inversion applied to mineral systems, and non-conventional exploratory geochemistry methodologies for the investigation of non-outcrop deposits. Its experience is based-on geographic and cultural diversity (Africa, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru) and mineral systems diversity: Ni-Cu-PGE, MVT, VMS, Epithermal, Cu-Porphyry, SEDEX, IOCG, Cu-SHD, Skarn, Au Orogenic, and others.
